This corn chowder is awesome! I've never made any kind of chowder before but I thought I'd try today. I changed a few things though. I doubled the recipe, I used a whole yellow onion, 2 cans of cream corn instead of the frozen, and I put in a whole pound of bacon, I also mixed 4 tablespoons of flower in with just a half a cup of the miracle whip dressing. I will defiantly be making this again soon!

This was ok, won't make again.

I absolutely love this recipe. I made it many times already and I use low fat ingridients that make it as flavorful as with fatty stuff. The next day it's even more delicious!!

YUM! I don't like Miracle Whip, but still loved this chowder. Even my picky kids loved it! Can't wait to make again, it was super easy (& I don't like to cook at all!)

i intended to follow this recipe, but because we're snowed in, i had to adjust for ingredients on hand and it turned out simply delicious! i used an entire package of turkey bacon. then i used some butter to brown some chopped onion AND garlic. thickened it with a little flour to make roux then added 2 cans of chicken broth. used five potatoes. whole milk. less miracle whip, couple of spoon fulls and lots of fresh ground black pepper. same idea, but it made more so we can have it tomorrow too! very very good!!

This looked like it would be good, but I was VERY disappointed! It may have been potato corn chowder, but it was definitely NOT sassy. Too much Miracle Whip flavor, and even after adding cheese, garlic powder, and hot sauce it was still very bland. Normally, I love the recipes from Kraft but this one was a big bummer. I must have very different taste buds from the majority of the reviewers - I can't believe this recipe's gotten nearly 5 stars!

I wasn't too fond of the corn in the chowder, but it was still delicious. I am making it again, but this time omitting the corn. It will be perfect this time.
