Sassy Potato Corn Chowder recipe
This Potato Corn Chowder has every reason to be sassy, if not downright arrogant. It's yummy, easy, quick-to-make and a better-for-you choice, too.

I loved the recipe, and will make it again as a comfort food for cold winter nights. My neighbor said it wasn't spicy enough, but to me chowder isn't suppose to be. Enjoyed and will make it again, thanks.
What a great soup on a cold rainy day. I added some extra patotes and matchstick carrots and some whole fresh spinch. Gives it more body and more vegtables , I did not have any celery so I used whole celery seeds and some crushed red pepper for a little kick and warmth. .I served with crescent rolls.
Loved it. Easy to prepare after work. I used turkey bacon instead and skim milk to make it a little lighter. Delicious served with salad and some fruit if you are still hungry. The Miracle Whip gives it a unique flavor.
This was fantastic, I tripled the bacon, this significantly enhanced the flavor. Everyone ate it until there was nothing left!
My husband and I both liked this very much. I used corn from the cob that I froze this summer, very good flavor.
It was so easy to make. I used 2 cups of broth, 4 lg potatoes, 1 whole onion. It is way betther the next day
This was excellent! I added mushrooms and a bit of ham and it was delicious.
I haven't made this, but I will and I'm going to add a can of clams to make it "sassy clam chowder" - I made my own version years ago and that's how I got my kids to eat it - with all the potatoes and corn, they never saw the clams! Gotta do what you've gotta do, huh?
Easy and Very good! I used turkey bacon and added steak, and mixed veggies with corn, carrots and green beans. I had to used onion powder in place of onion, my husband doesn't eat onion. I also added a few splashes of worcheshire as I do to any potato soup and topped with cheddar cheese, french bread on the side, it's a perfect winter meal! Definitely will make again!
VERY EASY!! Substituted canned potatoes and canned corn (which I had on hand)...also topped with shredded cheddar before serving. Served with warm bread out of the bread machine...Couldn't have been easier or more satisfying!!
