Very moist and tasty, I will definitely make it again! I divided it into 2 loaves and froze 1 that I cooked 2 weeks later.

Was out of bread crumbs, so used oatmeal instead. Also substituted Italian Herb & Garlic for the seasoning mix. Very simple to make and very, very moist and good!

It is a nice, simple recipe for meatloaf...that sounds delicious! I have found most of the meat loaf recipes in cook books seem so elaborate that I wouldn't bother with all that for simple meatloaf...I cannot wait to try this one!
