This is a recipe that I always loved as a kid growing up. Whenever I got to choose what dessert was going to be (usually on my birthday :P), this is what I chose. Now I'm grown, I like to make this as comfort food or to take with me to gatherings. I admit, I often have trouble with the crust not sticking, but instead of throwing it out, I find it tastes just as great if you mix the cream cheese layer with the crust and spread that in the bottom of the pan. It's slightly less pretty, but the taste is exactly the same!
