This is a recipe I have made for years. The only difference is that I sliver a Chocolate Candy bar on the top to make it even prettier!

The bottom crust was much thinner than is pictured above. The cream cheese mixture was much thinner also. The pudding mixture was about right. But all in all it was very tasty and everyone enjoyed it.

This has always been my Birthday Cake! We call it Girdle Buster! I love the low fat version--it tastes exactly the same with less calories! Super easy to make ahead and have on hand and always a hit!

We always ate this growing up and we called it Charlie Brown. Sally Brown is a form in which we used Banana Pudding and added a layer of Banana slices between the top two layers.

I don't like almonds, so I used pecans instead. It is great.

For faster results, I used a shortbread prepared pie crust instead of the almond crust.

First of the Christmas desserts I made. My favorite part is the cream cheese. I wonder if there's anything I can substitute for the almonds. I don't like nuts after all...maybe there's some sort of dough I can make...

We loved it!!! We added a layer of fat free butterscotch pudding and used pecans instead of almonds to make a turtle 5 layer dessert.
