These brownies were great and a breeze to make. They are very rich and chocolatey. I made them for a barbeque. They are best when served warm (that's what makes them taste like smores) just after baking. If they are cold, stick them in the microwave for a few seconds untill the marshmallow puffs up. If you have problems cutting through the marshmallow, make sure you grease the knife with some cooking spray or butter. It keeps stuff from sticking to the surface.
