What You Need

HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken in half (20 squares), divided

3/4

cup butter or margarine

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate

cups sugar

eggs

tsp. vanilla

cup flour

2-1/2

cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place 15 grahams in pan, with sides overlapping slightly. Break remaining grahams into pieces.

MICROWAVE butter and unsweetened chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour over grahams in pan.

BAKE 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until marshmallows begin to puff. Press reserved graham pieces gently into marshmallows. Cool. Use foil to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

Delicious. Although I must say, trying to cut through the marshmallow was not bliss. But it tasted great and was reminded of my superiority with a few stabs of the knife.

My favorite part about the brownies is that they really do come out very similar looking to the picture. I added a couple extra marshmallows, just so I had a nice solid covering to the brownies. Next time I would add the chocolate chunks after the marshmallow layer because otherwise they disappear into the marshmallows. Eat them warm!

This recipe did TASTE good. However, it was extremely messy and hard to cut and get out of the foil. I did find after many trial-and-error efforts that it is easier to refridgerate them for about an hour and then lift them out of the pan. The foil will peel right off! This is a very rich, chocolatey dessert.

Everyone loves smores and brownies! So both mixed in together it's fantastic. I love this recipe and it is so brillant.

The graham crackers floated to the middle of the brownie while baking. asy to overbake so need to cut down first baking time. Overall, an excellent recipe that's a keeper.

THE CRACKERS FLOATED TO THE TOP OF THE BROWNIE MIX DURING COOKING. THE UNSWEETENED CHOCALTE MELTED ON THE TOP WAS ALL I COULD TASTE AFTER BAKING. ALSO, THE BROWNIES WERE DRY AND THEY WERE HARD TO CUT BECAUSE OF THE MARSHMALLOWS. I'M NOT SURE IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG OR NOT.

this is a great recipe, i made it for a project and it was easy to make and so delicious. This recipe is great for one of thoe days. I decreased the sugar and it wsa still sweet enough. I would definetely make it again.

This recipe was fun and easy to make, and a nice change from your standard brownie! Definitely helps with the chocolate fix as well.
