What You Need

HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken in half (20 squares), divided

3/4

cup butter or margarine

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate

cups sugar

eggs

tsp. vanilla

cup flour

2-1/2

cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place 15 grahams in pan, with sides overlapping slightly. Break remaining grahams into pieces.

MICROWAVE butter and unsweetened chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour over grahams in pan.

BAKE 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until marshmallows begin to puff. Press reserved graham pieces gently into marshmallows. Cool. Use foil to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

I made this for my son's 8th birthday party, and it was a hit. Absolutely delicious! Follow the advice of not overcooking. At first, you'll think it's not finished, since the inside is really gooey, but it sets up wonderfully. I will definitely make this again.

OMG! This was the best recipe that I have ever made. And plus, it was so easy! My mom didn't want me cooking that night, but when she walked into the kitchen there were no dirty dishes or nothin' because I cleaned up. And then I showed her these- she was overwhelmed with the goodness! YUM! YUM!

I have found this recipie a real croud pleaser. It allows adults to be kids again without all the mess of melting choc. everywhere!

I made these using a box brownie mix and they turned out great. I enjoyed them best warm.

I made these for myself and my parents, but since the recipe made so many, I took them to class with me. My classmates fought over them! These were the best brownies I've ever had- the smore taste is perfect and they were easy to make too!

My son used it as a project for his 4th grade class and the kids loved it. He came home and said it was a hit. I used an electric knife to cut it and that worked out very well. I did get a few spots where the cracker floated up a bit and my guess is that when you over lap it the brownie may get under the cookie. I think I will not overlap it next time and see if that helps. My brownies stayed soft but I also kept them wrapped after reading all the reviews. I am sure my son will want to bake it again.

The marshmallows get very gooey and so I would recommend eating this dessert warmed up for easier eating. Don't overcook the brownie part as stated in the recipe or it will get very crunchy too
