I made the recipe as stated except I added most of a can of corn. I think I would add less than one cup of dressing but otherwise it was delicious and easy. It will make a great dish for a cookout.

The dressing was too vinegary for my taste, so I added some sugar. Quick & easy!

I have made this twice, both to great reviews. I omitted the green beans (used can of red beans instead) and used frozen corn (just saute on high to brown). It's great for summer or fall, slightly sweet from the corn, but spicy, too. Great balance of flavors. Best if made 1 day ahead.

This was very good on a hot summer night, I also changed the recipe a bit, I didn't have any northern beans on hand so I used a can of corn instead. Added from fresh chopped cilantro, finely chopped celery and about 2 Tbsp. of taco seasoning let it sit in the frig for 24 hours. Yuuummmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyy
