We had a family fish fry and everyone liked this recipe - even those who claimed that they didn't really like coleslaw. It's easy and inexpensive.

I have have made this recipe several times and everyone loves it. It is quick and easy which is frosting on the cake in my book. My family likes more bacon and sometimes I add craisins and sunflower seeds.

This recipe is so different, what a novel idea! I substituted honey for the sugar, and pecans for the nuts. It was a hit! I also used packaged cold slaw mix. Easy and very quick to make. Yummy!

WOW! What a great cole slaw! I didn't have red cabbage so instead added one shredded carrot, about 1/4 cup red onion and 1/4 cup green pepper. Also probably had 5 or 6 cups of sliced cabbage. Didn't increase the dressing ingredients because we don't like "goopy" cole slaw. It was perfect! Love the flavor of peanuts and bacon in it! Will definitely make again!

Made this recipe on a family vacation (12 people) and even the kids loved it. Made it with coleslaw mix rather than shredding my own cabbage. Quick, easy, and delicious!

I made this for our block party and I thought this was really good. I used the bagged coleslaw and precooked bacon and I omitted the sugar and the peanuts. I still thought it was delicious and I will definitely make this again.

My husband and I love this version of coleslaw. I use light mayo and low sodium bacon, and it turns out great every time. I recently took this to a church dinner, and everyone had to have the recipe!!
