I was very surprised because I have never really added cheese to corn before, but it was GOOD!

I loved recipe. Good, easy and fast. My husband thought it was just okay but he doesn't like onions on anything so go figure. Try it out... easy to sub other veggies in to fit your own taste buds.

My husband loved this recipe, I added the red pepper to it, but I only used a 10 oz box of corn and I didn't reduce the amount of pepper so it was a bit spicy. My 2 1/2 yr old loved it but my 6 yr old didn't. I would make this again.

I tried this recipe for my fiance and he loves it. Great for people who don't really like vegetables. Try experimenting - use different veggies and spices (peas/greenbeans/fresh garlic/pepper).

Scrumptious! I added maybe half a diced tomato. Can really taste the difference that cooking all veggies together in olive oil. It tasted great the next day too; yay.

Very good, very fast to prepare! I added in a small can of sliced black olives and 1/4 cup diced sweet red pepper. Husband loved it and went back for seconds--he almost never does that with veggies!

The is a great twist to corn. Adding the red pepper adds a great flavor. Easy and fast to make. My family loves this dish.
