This receipe was very good. Reminded my husband and I of the cocnut shrimp dish from Red Lobster. Give it a try, you may find a new favorite!

I am not sure what to make of this recipe. It is very different. The mango leaves a stinging feeling in my mouth. Next time, I will try a different fruit.

I enjoyed this dish, Served it for some ladies at a party I was having and had to whip up another bowl - It was the talk of the night. Alot of the ladies requested some green onions - They said it put a kick in it and offset all the sweetness from the dressing and mango.

I didn't have any Catalina dressing when I made this, so I tried Light Done Right Raspberry Vinegarette instead. It was still pretty good, but you need to go light on the dressing as it is strong.

I made this for St Patrick's Day last year and everyone loved it. When I seen the holiday approaching on the calendar this year I knew I had to make it again. It's now our St Patty's Day tradition!

Love it!! Even my husband loves it!! What a wonderful, quick, light dish for summer or any other time of the year. However, I add mandarin oranges, grapefruit slices, or canned tropical fruit, and toasted pecans. Yummmmm.
