This was pretty good...I added a half cup each of celery and red onion and they both added well to the mixture. I also used some salt, pepper and a store bought greek seasoning mixture to add a little more balance to the lightness of taste of the cucumbers and tomatoes. I almost wonder if a touch of white or balsamic vinegar would mix well...

I liked the taste of the ranch. It was much lighter tasting compared to mayo. We added shredded parmesan and mozzarella to our pitas and we also made half of them with chicken - very good!

This was very very good. It was so light quick and easy. I will definitely make this again.

This was awesome, and very easy to make! I would definitely make it ahead of time, and make sure it has time to be in the fridge for the flavors to combine. I used spinach leaves in place of the lettuce! Yummo!

I was naughty and added swiss cheese to mine. It was really good. I have also made this with canned chicken meat instead of tuna and it was just as good. I added capers and mushrooms to the chicken version, it was good!

We loved this--it makes a very refreshing change to the usual calorie-laden tuna salad recipe. I also added some chopped red onion for a little extra flavor. We'll definitely be making this often!

The cucumbers added a refreshing and crisp addition to this recipe- I thought it was very good!

Vry gd! We make this many times on the weekends (we left the junk food/fast food scene yrs ago!!!) We add slices red & yellow onions, and shredded carrots to the pocket sandwich.
