Delicious!! I added some garlic powder and oregano to the parmesan mixture and my family loved it!!
was easy to make. i think it could have used a little of flavor maybe next time sprinkle a ranch packet on it.. but it was crunchy i will make again.
Love this chicken recipe very YUMMY. I used chicken breast instead.
This is a great recipe! I used chicken legs. My son said it was the best oven fried chicken I have ever made! It's crunchy, buttery, yummy good!!! I will definitely make this again!
This was a very tasty recipe. I used panko bread crumbs mixed with the parmesan cheese. I always brine my chicken in a salt and sugar solution with water for several hours or overnight before I cook it, which helps to keep the meat moister when I bake it. I will make this recipe again....
Eye catching & mouth watering. This recipe was delicious! Exactly as promised - crunchy yet tender & moist.
I made this recipe exactly as it was posted, and it was delicious. I don't think it needed anything else, it was full of flavor, crunchy outside, very tender inside. I'm definitely making this one again!!
I used boneless skinless breasts, cut into strips, instead of whole chicken. The only problem was there wasn't enough egg mixture or corn flake and cheese mixture. I added to the recipe and it was rave reviews from my whole family!
Awesome! It was delicious. Even my picky eaters loved it. Thumbs UP!
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! But instead of just mixing salt and pepper into the flour, I mixed in a packet of Good Seasons Garlic and Herb (I also tried Italian, but not as good) and it gave it a great flavour. I also used shredded Parmesan instead of the powdery version. I have made many times now and my family loves it!!!! BTW, don't forget the butter over top!
