This is a great recipe! I used chicken legs. My son said it was the best oven fried chicken I have ever made! It's crunchy, buttery, yummy good!!! I will definitely make this again!

This was a very tasty recipe. I used panko bread crumbs mixed with the parmesan cheese. I always brine my chicken in a salt and sugar solution with water for several hours or overnight before I cook it, which helps to keep the meat moister when I bake it. I will make this recipe again....

I made this recipe exactly as it was posted, and it was delicious. I don't think it needed anything else, it was full of flavor, crunchy outside, very tender inside. I'm definitely making this one again!!

I used boneless skinless breasts, cut into strips, instead of whole chicken. The only problem was there wasn't enough egg mixture or corn flake and cheese mixture. I added to the recipe and it was rave reviews from my whole family!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! But instead of just mixing salt and pepper into the flour, I mixed in a packet of Good Seasons Garlic and Herb (I also tried Italian, but not as good) and it gave it a great flavour. I also used shredded Parmesan instead of the powdery version. I have made many times now and my family loves it!!!! BTW, don't forget the butter over top!
