quick and easy... my family loved them! I used semi-sweet chocolate chips since thats what i had on hand. worked great. :)

I made this for our family Christmas Eve buffet, everyone raved about how great the brownies are. It was easy to make and I will be making it again for my granddaughter's birthday party in January.

I don't bake..EVER! I made this for a BBQ and everyone loved them. So easy to follow and fast to make. Best served chilled so cream cheese hardens on brownie for an even richer flavor. TRY IT! SOO GOOD!

My cream cheese layer wasn't as thick as it is in the images, so I'd use 1.5 packs of cream cheese or maybe 2. But, the brownies were chewy and chocolately with a hint of peppermint (since I used peppermint extract instead of vanilla extract). Perfect just from the oven with a tall glass of ice cold milk!

Works great! I thought the chocolate chunks would be too much, but they are a nice addition.
