Good recipe but next time I would use a spicier salsa (and use a bit more) and use mexican grated cheese instead of VELVEETA.

I did modify a bit using a can of petite diced tomatoes with jalapenos along with the salsa. (not the whole jar of 24oz salsa). Great taste! Will definately make again.

Very good. Fast and easy to make. Only bad thing is that it really doesn't taste as good when reheated.

I tried this for a family gathering. Everyone loved it! It's quick and simple. I added olives and spices to the meat for extra flavor.
