Citrus Salmon recipe

Surprise! The citrus in our Citrus Salmon isn't lemon—it's orange juice. And the vodka is completely optional.

I MAKE THIS DISH ALMOST EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT. I COOK IT IN THE BROILER INSTEAD OF THE GRILL. I ALSO DOUBLE ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE GOOD SEASONS AND USE FRESH LIMES INSTEAD OF THE ORANGE JUICE. THIS IS A TRULY SIMPLE DISH TO PREPARE AND TASTES RESTAURANT QUALITY.

I don't eat salmon but I like to make it once in a while for my husband. Instead of grilling it, since we don't have a grill, I broiled it instead in my toaster oven. I did not use the vodka the recipe called for but he said it came out great. I will be making this again soon!

We love salmon, and this looks so easy. Will be using this one for company on Good Friday.

This is the best. I will make this many more times especially during this lenten season and for our summer cookouts

My whole family loves this recipe. We used lime juice and white wine instead of vodka. I already shared this with my family. To quote my 5yo son "this is the best salmon ever!!" We usually have this for dinner once or twice at month.

My husband and I love this meal so much that I use this recipe at least once or twice each month. I've even passed this recipe onto my parents and sisters!
