I strongly recommend using lime juice instead of orange juice -- it gives a zestier taste. Also I didn't use the vodka and it still came out very excellent. I used vegetable oil instead of olive oil to decrease the calorie, fat and cholesterol intake. Finally I used the George Foreman grill -- VERY GOOD. Completely recommend to those on weight watchers. Salmon fillet is only 7 points and marinade is only 1. Very healthy and very tasty. Two Thumbs up!!!
