I received a ShowTime Rotisserie for Christmas. One of the foods featured in the info-mercial is salmon steaks. They also happen to be one of our favorite entrees. This recipe sounded so good I decided to try it for dinner the very next night. I followed the directions exactly. I decided to try the flavor injector, that came with my oven, and gently add some of the marinade inside the steaks. Then I followed the instructions I remembered from the show. They were delicious. Thanks for a great recipe.
its not only very delicious also you make it very easy and quick to make with no time hasle. Favorite for all young and old ideal for diet people with less cholesterol. Thanks to Kraft.
I have to watch what I eat, therefore, I find that this fish recipe is very simple, and easy to make. I find that I also can alternate the choices of fish. Not only did I use salmon steaks, but I also was able to use catfish steaks. It turned out wonderful. I also used it for shrimp on skewer. I highly reccommend this one.
This dish was unique but quite tasty. Though the prep time was quick it took longer to cook than I normally like to spend for a regular family meal. I will probably reserve cooking this dish for meals that I have extra time on my hands to prepare.
I poached the salmon;didn't BBQ.
I left out the vodka, I didn't have any in the house! And I didn't BBQ, I live in the Northeast and the night that I made it was too cold to go outside and cook on the grill. So I decided to marinate salmon fillets and bake them with a bit of the marinade for twenty minutes in a 350 degree oven. I am telling you, this was delicious, it was a welcome change from my usual fare! We loved it.
Fabulous! The marinade with the recipe is excellent. We love salmon, but my brother-in-law does not and he asked for seconds! I used salmon fillet instead of steaks. This was the tenderest salmon I have ever prepared
