One-Pan Taco Dinner

One-Pan Taco Dinner recipe
Taco seasoning—not taco shells—is what makes this one-pan ground beef and rice dinner so flavorful. Top with lettuce and tomatoes and enjoy.

quick and delicious. I added extra cheese and served with taco sauce. Yum!
Loved this recipe, and so did my family! I did make a few tweaks, though. I only put one cup of rice in, and added 1 2/3 cup of water instead of two. Also, I used ground turkey, and added onion powder and about a cup of salsa when I browned it.
I thought it was very bland. It's easy to make but you need to spice it up. I also didn't like the rice. If I were to make it again I would omit the rice.
I thought this was really good...even my super-picky nine year old liked it. I added a little bit of salsa and velveeta to the meat mixture as it was cooking. I also tore up some tortillas and mixed it in with the meat then put the cheese on top. I will definitely make this again!
I have made this recipe several times. I found it bland the first time I made it so I use 2 packets of taco seasoning mix. You can serve it in crunchy or soft taco shells, as nachos, or eat as is. It is a great way to stretch the ground beef.
My husband and I both love this recipe! We actually use this recipe as taco filler. Just grab some flour tortillas and this makes a very filling beef and rice burrito!
Family loves this recipe. I usually add beans with the meat, or beans instead. It's good either way. Make this all the time.
Love love Love this recipe...very easy and fast to make...This is my daughter's favorite...I make all the time.
Good, but was a bit bland and needed a little spicing up. I added some green onion and a bit of ranch and salsa. I think serving it with the nacho chips would be a good way to go.
This recipe was good but it was bland....I did not have a tomato to top it with but did add sour cream and taco sauce and it still seemed like it was missing something. You also could not taste the taco seasoning. Instead of using a fork, I used nacho chips like it suggested. My boyfriend thinks 3 stars is being too nice since he loaded it up with taco sauce and still did not like it.
