Loved this recipe, and so did my family! I did make a few tweaks, though. I only put one cup of rice in, and added 1 2/3 cup of water instead of two. Also, I used ground...read more

I liked it as did my children, I added some crushed tortilla chips for crunch. Great idea and I will make it again!

My kids LOVE this! I also add sour cream on top. Yum!

This is an excellent recipe! Instead of instant rice, I cooked Mexican Rice separately, then I mixed it in with the ground beef (using only about 1 cup of water). Try topping with raw red onions as well - it adds a nice bite & flavor!

My whole family loved this! Its a nice change to tacos and very quick. You can serve it simply with just the lettuce and tomato or go crazy with toppings. Also a good way to use up instant rice.

My family loved this. This kids, ages 3 & 4 devoured it, and they can sometimes be picky. I also loved it, as did my husband. We didnt use any tortilla chips, just ate it w/ sour cream on the side. Less mess than tacos!

My family loved this recipe. I did not have any fresh tomatoes so I added a can of diced tomatoes ( rotel) to the mix and only one cup of water. This recipe turned out great!
