I made this the other night. I subbed the tomatoes for pico de gallo and still it was a little bland, plus it makes a TON of food. Tonight I mixed the leftovers with diced tomatoes and garlic powder and onion salt and stuffed the mixture into bell peppers. Yum.

I liked it as did my children, I added some crushed tortilla chips for crunch. Great idea and I will make it again!

This is an excellent recipe! Instead of instant rice, I cooked Mexican Rice separately, then I mixed it in with the ground beef (using only about 1 cup of water). Try topping with raw red onions as well - it adds a nice bite & flavor!

I added sour cream and tortilla chips it was good but it seemed like it needed just a little more flavor.

My whole family loved this! Its a nice change to tacos and very quick. You can serve it simply with just the lettuce and tomato or go crazy with toppings. Also a good way to use up instant rice.

My family loved this. This kids, ages 3 & 4 devoured it, and they can sometimes be picky. I also loved it, as did my husband. We didnt use any tortilla chips, just ate it w/ sour cream on the side. Less mess than tacos!
