I didn't have hamburger, so I used boneless chicken cut up into bite-size pieces (about 1 inch) and it worked excellent! Brown rice is a good substitute and add a cup of corn to make this a fantastically healthy meal!!

This tasted better than I thought it would. I seasoned the ground beef with crushed red pepper and onions for added flavor. I used Kraft mexican cheese and I added a can of Fiesta corn. We used mexican style tortilla chips and salsa. Good weeknight recipe!

I adore this dish! I am not a big fan of rice (it usually tastes bland) but this dish was great! Definately a "go-to" meal in my kitchen!

Everybody went nuts. Even my two pickey eaters, ages 8 & 5, ate it. According to my 5-year old, she "loved it" and she hates everything!

This recipe is so easy to make......and it's worth waiting 20 minutes to eat. If you add alittle taco sauce while mixing it, it makes it taste even better.

family liked it. Needs more taco seasoning though. But still very good

This has become my husbands favorite! Thank goodness it is so easy. I add a can of fiesta corn and it tastes great. Bonus: the leftovers are always eaten within a day!

It was very easy to throw together. I thought it was good. Family didn't care for it. They like plain tacos.

It was one of the easiest recipes. I didn't think it would taste that great, but I was absolutley surprised.
