I have used this recipe for years and had to look it up this time as I lost all my recipes during Hurricane Katrina... Now I have printed it and am adding it to my "new" recipe collection. It's the greatest!!!

Great recipe! I have tried other version of cream cheese frosting and they would come out runny. But this one was smooth w/some firmness to it. Just right to spread on my cupcakes. I even poked a hole in them and filled them up w/the cream cheese and spread the rest on top. Delicious and everyone loved them. =)

I used this on the Pumpkin Spice Cake and added 1 t. Cinnamon, 1/8 t. Ginger, and 1/8 t. Cloves. Excellent recipe and the spices made a nice addition.

I loved this recipe; even my father-in-law, which is picky, raved and wanted to know where I bought it! I did add food coloring to make it more appealing to the kids.
