I always used store bought cream cheese frosting, never again! This recipe is wonderful and easy.

I didn't have enough powdered sugar, just 3 1/3 cups. The frosting was not too hard, creamy enough to decorate the birthday cake for my son. It didn't get harden either in the fridge.

This receipe ist great. We add less powder sugar, since we don't like it that sweet. We made a race-theme birthday cake. We just used foodcoloring for the frosting. We do not buy theme-cakes anymore, we just make them ourselves. Its so easy and always looks and tastes great. No matter what kind of cake mix you use! Gina & Beate, Germany

Hubby said - Don't Lose this recipe!!!, it is really nice , really smooth, and extremely easy to prepare. I used less icing sugar, due to the size of the cake. Recommend this one to ALL.
