I loved it!! It came out great! It was much easier than I thought it would be. I used it on a carrot cake.

I increased the vanilla to 1 1/2 tsp rather than 1 tsp. It was a little tart before adding the x-tra vanilla. This is now my favorite icing recipe. T. Holton Savannah, Georgia

Great taste. I used it in a brownie recipe. I baked brownies up like cupcakes, put a hole in the center, and put the icing inside the brownie. I used a plastic bag with the corner snipped off to pipe the frosting in. Try it. It's good.

Great for those who love a very rich flavor. I have tried other recipes and I always come back to this.

This frosting is very rich, but very easy to make, just a few ingredients. I used it on a white bundt cake, cut the top off, hollowed it out, put pie filling inside, re-covered, and iced. I only used a thin layer of icing though, because its so rich. I loved it! And so did my dinner guests!

A frosting that I use often on several cakes. When making pumkin or spice cake I add 1-2 teaspoon maple flavoring to frosting. It's wonderful!

This is the best frosting! Very easy to make. Can be thinned with milk to make a glaze for muffins or breads. Love it!
