I love the breading for this. It's so easy. I think I'll do it for all different kinds of white fish fillets from now on. Even my husband who "doesn't like fish" liked it. My fillets were rather big and took a bit longer than it says to cook, but other than that, this recipe is great.

This is one of the few fish recipes that got a thumbs up from the whole family. I used tilapia and quartered each filet so it would appeal to my son who prefers fish sticks.

Great and easy! Used telapia. My boyfriend is not much of a fish eater and he loved this. Will make again and again!

So yummy!! My father is an avid fisherman, so we are always looking for new recipes to try with cat fish! This one is a winner! :) I substituted ranch dressing for the Miracle Whip and put it on a cookie drying rack on top of a cookie sheet to bake. Crispy and flavorful. We will definetly make it again!

Baked as directed and the bottom was soggy. Too much moisture; good flavor though. Next time I'll try baking the fish on a rack.

This is the best fish recipe. I don't like mayo, so I used ranch dressing instead. The fish was moist and very tasty. I will make this again.

Great alternative to frying fish. The top was crispy and the bottom was absolutely succulent. Quick and the best baked fish I've ever had.

This is a great recipe. I tried Old Bay seasoning instead of the creole for a little variety & it was a hit
