So good. I used skim milk so I have convinced myself that it isn't even that bad for me!

I made this casserole the night before and then reheated it the next morning before I left for a brunch. I would NOT recommend doing this. The stuffing becomes to dry. It was not awful though. I would make this again and cook it the morning of. I also put diced ham and more cheese in it and it was good.

Yuck. Tasted bland and had a rubbery consistancy. I made this because the reviews were good. I'm sure glad I made it for my family before making for company because I would have been ashamed to serve it.

This is the best breakfast casserole I have ever had. Everybody who has had it, loves it. I use mild pork sausage instead of bacon. Also, I serve it with pancake syrup drizzled on the top for a touch of sweetness.

I love this recipe - it is so much easier to use stuffing, plus you can add additional ingredients to make it just like your favorite brunch casserole!

I thought this recipe was really good, and VERY easy to make. I had never seen a egg casserole involving stove top, so it was a nice surprise to find that it was delicious, and easy to prepare for a good breakfast on a hectic morning with kids preparing for school.

I had never made a casserole before, and I had a Mary Kay cosmetic ladies papering party at my house and this was the perfect recipe for the ladies. Rather than JUST cookies and coffee and tea... some real food for the ladies.. and NOTHING was left. They liked it!

I make this dish everytime I have to bring an egg dish for a morning meeting. I never have any leftovers. I double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 pan. It makes it thicker.
