I rated this 5 stars because it is very, very good, and SO, SO SIMPLE. I made this the first time as directed for one of my nibblies on New Year's Eve, 2005. Then I made 1/2 of the recipe tonight and put the toppings on the cut edges of 4 sub rolls (cut the tops off and discarded them). This made nice poor man's bread pizza servings for a light supper.
