What You Need

1/2

cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Tbsp. yellow mustard

1/2

tsp. celery seed

1/8

tsp. pepper

1-1/2

lb. white potatoes (about 5), cooked, cooled and cubed

hard-cooked eggs, chopped

onion, chopped

stalks celery, sliced

1/3

cup dill pickle relish

Make It

step 1

MIX first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

step 2

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

step 3

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

Picnic Safety Tip

When taking food to a picnic, do so in an insulated bag with a reusable ice pack. If you don't have any reusable ice packs, freeze individual juice boxes the night before the picnic. When you're ready to go, pack the frozen juice boxes around the foods in the cooler. The juice boxes will keep your food cold and will be thawed when you get to the picnic to serve as cold drinks for the kids.

Substitutes

Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo, GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard for the yellow mustard and 1/2 cup CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish for the dill pickle relish.

It was easy and also easy to customize to my families tastes. I added fresh dill from my garden and added sweet relish. Wonderful. Also can add olive salad mix 1/4 cup instead of the relish.

This is a recipe that I use everytime I make potatoe salad. I use sweet relish and I also add salad olive w/piminto. My family love this.

I couldn't decide if I should use sweet relish or dill. Followed the recipe with dill and dijon instead of yellow mustard, and added red pepper. It was crunchy, different for potato salad. Will try sweet next time. A bit bland, but good.

I used everything in recipe, but substituted relish with sweet pickle juice & celery seed (not celery). Also, did not use mustard. Turned out delicious.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a potato salad recipe, I added some cooked chopped bacon that I had to us eup, and it was delicious!

This is the best potato salad I have tasted! I did not add the dill pickle relish, but did add sweet relish instead. This is definitely the potato salad I will continue to make in the future.

I love this recipe because it is easy to make and a big hit at gatherings. I have made it several times for family BBQ's and everyone really enjoys it because there is never anything left to take home.
