I took this to a 4th of July event last year and am making it again this year. It was a hit!

It would be really great if they told you how long to cook the potatoes for !?!

Really great especially if using fingerling or the fancy baby potatoes starting to become available. The extra cost is worth it for this. An earlier version of this recipe also called for 1/2 teaspoon salt to be mixed with the mayo, etc; I always add it.

My family loves this recipe. I use light Miracle Whip, chopped cucumber and a pinch of salt. Delicious!

Absolutely delicious! it was a huge hit with the family and especially with my boyfriend, who normally doesn't fancy potato salad.

I put in a bit less mayonnaise, and skipped the salt and pepper altogether. The mustard and onion carried the day.
