I use this exact recipe except I always add 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes and Miracle Whip. The bell pepper and Miracle Whip imparts a better flavor and the red pepper adds color. I also cream my egg yolks with the mustard before adding to the Kraft Miracle Whip.

When I made this recipe my husband said it was better than his mother's potato salad. That indeed is a true measure of good cooking.

Good recipe...pretty close to my own. I add pimento (for taste & color) and use sweet pickle relish instead of dill. The mustard makes it tangy enough. Added one more egg, which I thought made it just right. Adding lots of eggs does not necessarily make it taste better as one person commented. Everyone has always liked my potato salad....one daughter says, 'it's the best in the whole world'....

I made this potato salad for a last-minute barbecue and it was a tremendous hit! Even my husband, who is not a big salad eater, couldn't get enough of it! I've had many requests for this recipe and plan on making it again for our next party!

This was the first time I made Potato Salad and it came how great. I used green onions. Everyone loved it. Will certainly make again.

At last. I finally found a really great recipe for potato salad. I have made this numerous times since I learned of this recipe and have shared it with all of my dinner guests. BBQ's are very polular here in TX and potato salad is a key ingredient to having a sucessful BBQ. Thanks for a great recipe.

I used chopped sweet pickles, omitted the celery seed and covered the top with sliced hard cooked eggs instead of chopping and mixing in...it tasted just like my mother always make...can't get better than that!

I loved this recipe. I use only the whites of hard cooked eggs and fat free mayo. Fresh lemon juice helps the bland mayo. Dash instead of salt.
