I like it because it has dill pickle in it. My family does not like the sweet relish that most potato salads use.

this is the way I have made my potato salad for years Potatoes,eggs, red onion, celery, Miracle Whip, little mustard & tbsp of pickle relish, salt & pepper to taste It's always been a hit in our family

I have always had trouble with other potato salad recipes in the past, but not this time. This is authentic and delicious. I took the other reviewers advice and used sweet pickle relish and I omitted the eggs. I would definitely make this for a barbecue.

This is a great recipe, actually one that I have used for 20+years. When I use Miracle Whip, I also add a teaspoon of sugar. For extra added taste and color try chopping some sweet red or green peppers. This recipe has been used for all our family get-togethers and is requested by our church for all their dinners. They all love it!!! You will too.

This is the best recipe ever. I've been making it for over 20 yrs. The first time I saw it was on the back of a Miracle Whip jar label. Everyone loves it when I bring it along. You can dress it up with other ingredients also like bacon. This one is a generation to generation recipe!
