I have tried to make potato salad in the past, but it was always bland. However, this recipe is fantastic and full of flavor! I like to add my potatoes to the other ingredients while they are still hot so that they really absorb the flavor of the dressing. I'm sure this will be a hit for our Father's Day party...if it makes it to the table!

I have made this recipe many times since discovering it several years ago & it's always a big hit! Definitely a "keeper"!

It tasted better before I put the relish in

I always overcook my potatos and it ends up being almost mashed. My husband looked at the potatos and asked if I cooked them long enough. He had never seen them hold their cubed shape before. The tips for cooking the potatos were a big help. I found at the end I did add a little more mustard for my taste and an onion. This was the first time I used celery and celery seed.I will make this over and over again.

I'm not known in my family for being a good cook. Usually, when we are invited to bring something to a bbq, my family suggests I bring a watermelon. I found this recipe and tried it before a party and I am in love! It's really really easy and delicious. My family was impressed, people thought I bought it at a store, because I couldn't have possibly made something so yummy. I'm hesitant to share the recipe with my family, because I want to continue to "wow" my family and don't want them to know how easy it really is:)

My husband likes this recipe as he likes mustard and the tart taste as opposed to sweet. I have to leave the eggs out for him... I use them on mine however, I love hard-boiled eggs and he doesn't.

I have made this potato salad recipe several times and it always turns out great. My children do not like celery so I leave that out and use celery salt instead. I add chopped red and green pepper for color. If at all possible make the salad the day before and let set overnight in the refrigerator. It really enhances the flavor.

To make this faster and easier I bake the potatoes in the microwave, then peel after they cool. It actually tastes better than boiled. My husband thought I was wierd until he tasted it.

I've always wanted to make potato salad, but have been afraid to try, since other members of my family make it so well. I decided to give this a shot and am glad I did - it's fantastic! Be warned though - it needs to sit at least overnight. I made it the day before I was going to take it to a party and tasted it and was severely disappointed. I tasted it again right before leaving for the party (I wasn't going to even take it, but decided to taste it just to see if it got better) and it was SOOO good! So don't be discouraged when it doesn't taste great the first night - it will be fantab by the next day!

I first made this potato salad for a big party...we loved it! It was so good that I made it again two weeks later...and it was still GOOD! A friend asked me to make this potato salad for her party in two weeks...so I can say this is a great potato salad. I used green onions instead of regular onion, and on the next recipe I'm going to add sliced olives, green peppers and radishes. I'm sure it will be good too. :)
