Loved this potato salad. I will make it again. Easy to make and taste great. I made it for the 4th of July and everyone that tried it loved it, they said it remined them of salad they used to have. The only thing I used different was homemade relish that is sweet.

Wow! This was easy and delicious. My daughter who "does not like potato salad" helped me to make it and had to have several bites before taking it to the picnic.

Old family recipe if you chop dill pickles instead of relish; add small amount of dill & garlic powder. Been making this for years! Some like a small amount of crumbled bacon on top.

This is an awesome potato salad recipe. I have made some slight changes to it that are easy. Instead of dill pickle relish, I use sweet. I omit the mustard and add cooked crumbled bacon and several shakes of Kraft Italian dressing or to taste. The best!!

We have a LOT of neighborhood cookouts and this is ALWAYS a hit!! I use dill relish and sometimes add hot peppers for a little ZING. We never have left overs and it's a given it will be on every menu!!! Being from the South. it has become a NJ favorite!
