This was the 2nd time I made this recipe and loved it, however I used 1 1/2 cups of low sodium chicken broth instead of cream this time and liked it even more.

I made this recipe and omitted the mushrooms, but carmelized the onions. I also substituted bleu cheese for gorgonzola. It was fantastic and next time I think I might even cut the amount of onions in half since it kind of overpowered the cheese. Great recipe and so quick!

Absolutely loved it! It was 100 times better than what I ordered recently at a popular Italian restaurant chain that shall remain nameless.

Don't use the full 2 cups of half and half. I only used 1 1/4 cups and it turned out great. I also added bacon to the mushroom/onion mixture. Great addition if you are looking for a little more flavor.

The cheese sauce clumped together and it was running. Sauce needs to be creamy.

It had a great flavor, despite the sauce being a bit too runny. I might just cut back on the half&half next time. But otherwise it was delicious.

My boyfriend and I loved, loved this recipe. This has become one of those "Go-To" recipes. Great!

Was pretty good, I used garlic and herb cream cheese instead of half and half for added flavor. Had to add alittle milk to thin it out some. Pesto is also a good add in. I've made this a couple of times now, will make again.
