Easy to make but found the cheese taste was too overpowering. Won't make it again.

Sauce was too runny. Make sure to use all half and half and not a mixture of half and half and millk.

My husband suggests less onion (easy to accomodate!) but otherwise we loved it.

I have been looking for this type of recipe for several months. One of my "Fave" restaurants served a similar dish, bow-tie pasta instead of penne; grilled shrimp served atop. A great find, this recipe is!!!

Pasta dish was fairly simple to make. The gorganzola cheese makes the dish-hands down! I added the leftover cheese to grilled filet mignon. Yummy!

GREAT RECIPE. I ALSO ADDED CHICKEN TO MAKE A COMPLETE MEAL, YOU COULD ADD SHRIMP TOO AND ANY VEGETABLE YOU LIKE!!

Relatively easy and quick, if you like Gorgonzola cheese, you'll love this recipe. Nice and creamy and cheesy.
