This player is created by Blackwell Team for testing.

What could be better than mud pie? Three layers of it. Dense chocolate and pecans topped with creamy pudding and COOL WHIP satisfy the tallest dessert order.

My children and grandchildren loved this recipe. They thought that with the summer heat in New Orleans, it was excellent.

This recipe is definitely a keeper. I have given this recipe out to everyone who has tasted this pie. I have lightened it up a bit though. I use no fat or light condensed milk, skim or 1% milk for the pudding, lite cool whip and one package of regular chocolate pudding and one of no, sugar, no fat. The pie is still scrumptious.

Delicious! Very rich; a small piece will suffice. There was no way I could fit the cool whip layer on the top of the pie, so we just had to add it to each piece individually. My whole family loved it.

This was so easy to make but it tasted so rich and delicious. The roasted pecans really added to the flavor of the pie. I have made it 4 or 5 times and everytime my guests have loved it and most have asked for the recipe. I give it to them and then send them to krafts website. It's any chocolate lover's dessert!!!!!!

I made this pie for our Easter family dinner. I left out the pecans because my husband does not like them but it made absolutely no difference in how fast it disappeared from the dessert table! Will make again and again!

I made this for our Easter dessert tonight and had to give it away to my guests (who loved it) or I would have been eating more at 2 AM. I, too, used fat-free condensed milk, sugar-free pudding, & Cool Whip Lite to delude myself into believing it is a diet food. Who cares? It's terrific..... Some reviews said it is too much chocolate. I ask, how can you have too much chocolate.....? I liked the one suggestion of a turtle mud pie by adding caramel -- I will try that next time.

Truly decadent as described by my guests! Easy to prepare with just a few ingredients. Will definitely make again.

My husband loves chocolate desserts, so I made this for his birthday. We don't care for nuts in pies, so I left them out and it was such a big hit! My dad thought I bought the pie somewhere it was THAT good.
