I made this recipe for cub scouts. The only problem is that they had to sit out and were messy by the time we were able to eat them.

I work in a retirement/health facility and, as a baker, I'm always looking for ways to dress up desserts. For the upcoming Halloween week we have brownies on the menu and this will be a festive way to present them this time around. Thanks for the idea!
