I make this for my snack day at work by request. Everyone loves it! I have made different variations subsituting the broccoli for other veggies such as spinach, and I even did collard greens, which was the biggest hit. I used the frozen collard greens, and drained them like you would do spinach. Instead of serving this with crackers I serve with grilled flat bread or naan. So good!

Do you think you could use a mini crock pot for this recipe?

I was making several recipes for Thanksgiving 2010 and this was one of my planned appetizers. While I was busy, my sister actually put the recipe together. I thought it tasted amazing and didn't take very long to get it into the oven. Great flavors and a wonderful appetizer! I served it with Triscuit crackers and wheat thins.

I have made this twice now for different gatherings and everybody loved it. It was gone in no time. I had people asking me for the recipe both times.

OMG, this recipe couldn't have been easier. Made this last night for girls night out and one for my family. I changed it a bit. I used ranch dressing package and grilled pieces of asparagus. Did not use broccoli. Did it in the microwave like it said you could. I served it with Pita bread triagles I toasted on a baking sheet earlier. To die for. This is a new recipe I will be making often. Must try!! Everyone loved it!!
