What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

BEAT cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add broccoli and 1-1/2 cups cheddar; mix well.

SPREAD into 9-inch pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Use Your Microwave

Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring every 3 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until melted.

Keeping it Safe

Discard perishable foods which have been left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Any leftover dip should be covered, refrigerated and used within 3 days.

Every holiday at my family's Christmas celebration, I'm greeted with, "Merry Christmas, Amy!" and a close second, "Did you bring that broccoli cheese dip?" My family loves it. I'll be making this dip for eternity! Great recipe.

Hello, I made this receipe this past weekend for a picnic and everyone loved it no leftovers. I used the ranch dip mix instead like someone requested and it was good. Even people who do not like broccoli liked this dip. will be making it again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this dip! I've made it several times and everyone asks me to bring it to social events no matter what time of year. Everyone looks so forward to it that they are diving into it as it comes out of the oven! I made it yesterday and tried it with 4 more ounces of cream cheese and it was so creamy. There was definately NONE left over! GREAT JOB, KRAFT!!!
