What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

BEAT cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add broccoli and 1-1/2 cups Cheddar; mix well.

SPREAD into 9-inch pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Use Your Microwave

Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring every 3 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until melted.

Keeping it Safe

Discard perishable foods which have been left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Any leftover dip should be covered, refrigerated and used within 3 days.

Everyone loves this! Even the kids. I took this to a few different parties this holiday season and was asked for the recipe several times. It's a keeper! I like to serve it with Tostido chips.

I made this dip for the first time for a Christmas Party and it was such a hit that everyone requested it for a New Years Eve party. It was quick and easy to make and everyone of all ages enjoyed it!

I make this dip every year for my staff holiday party and for my family's Christmas Eve celebration. People like it so much that there are never any leftovers. I don't not enjoy cooking so I needed a recipe that was quick and easy. This was easy, quick and actually fun to make.

I made this a loooonnng time ago and everyone LOVED it but I ended up losing the recipe when we moved and couldn't remember the name. I tried many different variations from my memory and they were good but not AS good. I'm sooo glad I found it again. My family loves it and i usually make it for the superbowl party, but at least now I know it will be tasting JUST right again!

I take this recipe to any type of occassion where I need to bring a dish. People will eat it with just a fork they love it so much!!!!
