I love angel food cake, but I always did it the same way with strawberries and cool whip so I wanted to try something different. I am so glad I did because this is really good. I think next time I am going to try lemon pudding mix and see how that is.

At first I thought it was gonna be really messy but it was quick and easy. I didnt have any crushed pinapples so i used chunks. It would of been better with crushed but was still great tasting!

this cake is a favorite of kids and adults. It's great for a summer cookout and light enough to have plenty and not feel so guilty!!!
