I used lemon pudding instead of vanilla pudding. The lemon pudding gave the cake a whole new meaning of fun. And it was really refreshing taste.

This is wonderful recipe. People always love and if you're eating light you've got a dessert at the party that you know you can have. It makes a beautiful presentation.

I've made this recipe several times now, usually with Fat Free cool whip. It is so delicious and easy to make - and such a bonus that it is an excellent dessert that is so low calorie!

This was so delicious it tasted too good to be low fat! My family loved it - and had seconds. I opted for the less messy version of using shortcake cups for individual servings.
