I made this at my sisters in Florida. It disappeared so fast. I made it again at a family reunion with the same result with complaints of "why didn't you make two!". Now I do. It is easy and so delicious. I also use sugar free angel food cake to lower the sugar even further. Still great!

This is a very easy but showy dessert. Perfect after a big meal. I used lemon pudding. It was just the hint of tart to compliment the pineapple
