I LOVE this cake. It is light and very tasty. I make it at least once a month and there is never any thrown out. I also love to add other berries to shake it up now and then.

Easy to put together, quick and delicious. Not a great presentation (once served) since it mixes together, but it tastes WONDERFUL!
