Since summer is right upon us, I added a teaspoon of coconut extract for a flavor of the tropics. What a lite taste of heaven without all the guilt. Also, I would use a can of mandarin oranges in place of the pinelapple and add a teaspoon of orange extract plus a few drops of orange food coloring for a cool summertime favorite of the dreamsicle memories.

This was an easy and delicious recipe that the WHOLE family loved. I also used blueberries on top alternating with the strawberries to make it more fruity and colorful.

the first time we tried this we were a little afraid to use cool whip lite usually everything that says light taste horrible, we did use the pudding, found out that this was to sweet this way so we followed the recipe exactly it was terrific, also tried this on my older kids at easter dinner they loved it now they will be making this also, thanks for the great recipe

Light, luscious and fluffy dish, great to have in the warmer weather, my husband couldn't stop talking about it and it's so easy to make! The strawberries are a must and I used the whole tub of cool whip instead of just one cup.

A very light, delicious dessert. I made it with above directions, and also changed it a bit the next time by adding pistachio jello mix and decorated it with raspberries. Everyone loved it! Tastes great and you don't need to feel guilty.
