I love this version and I have created my own too. I substituted the pineapple with frozen strawberries and the regular Cool Whip flavor with the Strawberry flavored version. I am still perfecting the frozen strawberries and its own juice amount (I had to add more cool whip so it wasn't so runny) but otherwise it's a whole new twist. Enjoy!

This was a very quick and easy dessert to make. I took it to work for a luncheon and every loved it. Everyone had to have the recipe. Thanks so much!!!!

i sincerely enjoy this recipe because when ifist saw ti i look so complicated but it really easy to make with very few ingridients

Gorgeous! I made this for Easter using what I had on hand (vanilla cool whip and regular vanilla pudding). It was a huge hit. Looked beautiful. I garnished with blackberries and strawberry halves on top and around the base. This cake has a very light and delightful flavor. I will definitely make it again.

It was very easy to put together and made a nice presentation with the fresh fruit on top. I plan on tweaking the recipe with flavored Cool Whip, different fruit or pudding.
