Love it, Love it, this has to be one of the easiest recipes and tastes great. I've made this on several family get togethers and I have yet to have left overs.

My friend & I made this for a backyard bbq last month, and it was amazing... so light, very sweet, it hit the spot after dinner! And the filling is so tasty on it's own, I made a scaled-down portion to dip fresh strawberries in the next day! Highly recommend!

My family absolutely LOVED this dessert! I made it for my dad's birthday and because it was such a big hit with the family, I made it again the next day! No one could believe that the dessert was FAT FREE! Everyone was happy and it left all the dieters in the family feeling GUILT FREE! I love this dessert because it's quick, simple, fat-free, and a big hit! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TRYING TO FIND A FAT FREE DESSERT TO MAKE! -Wendy

This is a great recipe. Everyone in my family loved it. It is a cool dessert, not too filling. It is really refreshing. Everyone liked it so much that they are making it for their get togethers and they are putting in different fillings in between the layers. The latest I heard, my Uncle used tiny oranges instead of strawberries.

This is an awsome recipe! We made it with sugar-free pistachio pudding w/pineapple & coolwhip! Instead of layering the cake we just added the pudding mix to each layer. Everyone loved it, my brother in law just about licked the bowl of pudding clean. We all loved it!!

This cake was very easy to make and so delicious. All my family liked it. My sister even asked me to make it for her birthday and she is very picky about her cakes.
