My family liked the cake however did not particularly like the pineapple. We thought it would be better with a different fruit (or fresh fruit mixed in).

I have made this recipe in a less lite version for many years. This one is so much better, not to mention healthier. I am all for that. Keep up the good work.

I can't believe something so simple tastes so wonderful. I plan on making it alot this summer for different events. It's quick and easy.

Fresh sliced strawberries, raspberries or blueberries are really good spread thinly on each layer before the pudding mixture!

This is the most delectable desert I have ever made and eaten. I don't have to feel guilty about eating it either. The calories and fat are so low that it makes is wonderful. All my friends are also making this desert for husbands and friends. Love it. I give it a 200.
